      Depending on your recruiter they might try to lowball you on the salary.

      Pros

      I have been on the company for just one month, but these are my first impressions: - Really Interesting projects from technological point of view - Good equipments provided by the company - Paid vacations - 12.5% bonus for projects that require 9 hours ( almost all of them ) - Autonomy - 100% remote - Company has solid experience with supporting remote work - Competitive salaries for Latin America

      Cons

      I have been on the company for just one month, but these are my first impressions: - Some micromanagement on the first month, in what they call "High Performance Program", which is meant to provide fast onboarding to the customer. In fact, it helped me build a confident relationship with the customer, but it's annoying. Nothing you can't overcome. - No career path plan has been shown to me yet.

      A good place to work, but you will be alone most of the time

      Pros

      Good work flexibility and as i was working directly under Baires i was a good project.

      Cons

      The salary they offer is really bad and you will be alone as long as you do your job. So no learning experiences or potential growth.
