      Pros

      I work with a team of very talented people, I have had the opportunity to learn a lot. The monthly payment is always on time. They have people interested in how you feel and what problems you have. The ideas of the employees are always taken into account, at least until now.

      Cons

      Two weeks of TPO per year is very few.

      Can be good, can be real bad. Depends on the client

      - Remote Work - Flexible hours - Offer English classes and an internet stipend.

      Cons

      - Horrible interviewing platform - You don't know what you are getting until you are assigned to a client - You might have to interview multiple times with different clients - There's no clear career path
