      Very organized; Manager helps on all our needs; They provide the best hardware to work with; Payed vacation; Great feedback;

      Process still been improved; A lot to learn at the begging (about the company); Selection process may take longer depending on the candidate; At the begging the feedback process looks boring (but it is very helpful);
