      no compensations, no benefits, when the contracts ends by their side, didn't give you a time to look for a new opportunity.

      They pay, and that's it. No more positives

      Cons

      I was with a client for one and a half years. The contract ended, and they told me that was fine and that will have another client, one day latter they fired me without any warning.
