      Pros

      BairesDev is a great place to work with good culture. They offer reasonable compensation for employees that show commitment. You also work in a flexible schedule having time to live your life while working.

      Cons

      It is a company that changes a lot, so it can be difficult to adapt.

      Flexibility and if you are good within a client you will be consider a good resource

      They kept me just a month on Top Talent Pool (when you are not allocated)

      Good temporarily but no career path there

      Pros

      You work remotely 100% you work with some big systems

      Cons

      They say that you can work 8 hours but most of the jobs force you to accept 9 hours a day, they pay the hour but is not worthy, because it is not paid as extra hour at a different rate. if you are working for a client you are a contractor so you cannot growth there, you will always remain in the same position and you need to wait a year and a half to ask your company to find something different but in software there is no career path to find a promotion, since they cannot live a client to give you a promotion on other one. this doesn't happens
