      They keep Work life balance

      Cons

      They lie. I was told that whenever you have no assignment, you'll be put in the top talent pool with payment. I was fired because there was no assignment for me and none in the pipeline. I had great reviews for the period that I worked there.

      Great Company for Mid-level Engineers

      Pros

      You can have a nice experience with US companiew with great culture and nice projects. It's a nice way to grow in your career and learn more.

      Cons

      - You should accept that BairesDev needs to make their money as an intermediate between you and the client company, so you'll never earn as an American senior software engineer working in BairesDev, but you still can work as a senior engineer at some point. - They'll only give you a significant increase in case you have good offers from other companies, so never be lazy in taking other interviews while working in BairesDev!
