      Terrible is not enough to describe

      All positions are remote. They provide the equipment you need.

      Cons

      The culture is beyond terrible. They have abusive metrics, every single day is something different for you to achieve, and make no mistake, it's not a "challenge". They simply expect different results without changing anything that it's wrong in the system, even if you point it out. If you ask "Can I do something different to achieve that?" the answer is "I don't know". Practically deal with it. Management doesn't know how to manage people AT ALL. They keep asking you for feedback, but if you actually give it, they will say you're a challenging person. That you're not adapting, so... they don't actually want to hear it. They have ZERO consideration for the candidates and often schedule meetings with no position, it's just a pool to fill the database, but telling this to the candidate is kinda forbidden.

      I think that there are not so many activities to connect with other co-workers You will be responsible for all your taxes, insurance, health, internet, etc.

      It has been good but...

      - good service to your employees - The clients that touched me have had a good work environment

      Cons

      - If they need to get rid of you, even if you've done a good job, they won't even give you a chance to prepare. - they may completely ignore you in an interview process
