- The ability to work for industry leaders. - Salary 2-3x times higher than local companies. - Can be a great fit depending on your expertise. - Lots of autonomy (dependent on your team) - Completely remote

Cons

- The interview time can take really long. For me it took me 2 years before I got a firm offer. - Not really a con but requires a large amount of online testing. - Depending on your team you may have to work outside your timezone.
