I recently attended a Global Ambassadors event in San Salvador with my teammates, which included bowling and dinner. It was a great chance to connect in person, share stories, and feel appreciated.

Cons

Communication across time zones can sometimes be a challenge, but the company provides tools and spaces to help bridge gaps.
