Micromanagement Hard to get a salary appraisal Limited opportunities to growth Your feedback about the company processes are never considered The termination of the project with the client means 50% of you getting fired without notice

They gave me everything to start working The salary was great for me when I entered There's a good support

Cons

You are a contractor, Clients treat you differently because you are a 3er party employee. It's annoying but it's not the end of the world. Can't get better positions. Client will have you in the same position almost forever.
