      Their top talent pool is good. You get paid even when they are searching for a project for you

      Cons

      They will 90% of the time believe the client everything they say. Which might have you getting Low rating on your reviews.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment, I got to work with an amazing team and got all the support I needed during my time there.

      Cons

      Even after 5 salary revisions that are supposed to be twice a year my salary was not increased due to the company's budget.

      Very bureaucratic day to day operations, with a lot of red taping and little to no flexibility for action
