Super entrepreneurial environment and great opportunity for growth. Clients based from some of the largest, most recognized companies in the world to early stage startups. Much is expected of everyone but leadership is open to non-traditional hours to allow for life balance.

Cons

The speed at which things move may not be for everyone. If you require consistent oversight and cannot operate autonomously, it could be overwhelming.

Every team has highly trained talents, that shapes you since you're working with the best. Benefits are top: Work from Home (and when you go to the offices, they are great), food for lunch, snacks, gym, video-games, etc. The company is growing so fast that you can grow at the same path.
