      I don't really have any cons but overall BairesDev is a great opportunity to develop your career. If you are a person who cannot handle 100% remote work it can be an inconvenience.

      Pros

      The leaders and managers are really great, always willing to help and teach, as well as the other teamates. Most of them are very friendly, and they alway consider the adaptation time and learning curve when handing a new project, or when you become a new joiner.

      Cons

      There aren´t a lot of growth oportunities.
