Cons

- Relocation to an another project is complicated. - Salary range when comparing to local work, but not that comparing to US/Europe market. - Need to send or buy back all the received equipment. - No additional benefits like salary bonus or medical insurance. - Time tracking tool is really awful.

Full home office. They Provided me all the Hardware needed for my daily usage.

Cons

After a couple of months they are now requesting to use US work hours, but since the interview process I told them that this is not possible for me.
