      Pros

      Solid company, mainly outsourcing, many clients.

      Cons

      Depending on the project/ contract you get, your salary is low, and can´t be changed, even if you are performing well. Micromanagement and performance reviews when the client has even a small comment to make about you. Your company history doesn't mean that much.

      Departments are too compartmentalized, thus hindering internal comms. Below-average salaries Slow recruiting process (although improving) Only a few benefits
