      Pros

      Flexible hours, you are in charge of your taxes, the salary is always on time, you work for big companies with incredibly talented people, they give you paid national holidays.

      Cons

      You get only 2 paid sick days a year, so you better don't get sick. They don't send swag to employees. Getting a good pay raise doesn't seem too easy, so you better get a good deal in the initial negotiation.

      It could say that a good salary

      Cons

      - You receive the payment after a week of the month - They leave you alone in front of the client - You have to track your work hours in a bad tool - You have to work late - You do not have communication with the same members of Baires team - This is very important that their clients are very bad, they are startups where you have to follow orders from the CEOs and they treat you without respect - Very disorganized - You do not have a Life Balance - The pc they give is used and dirty, request a headset and the same used and dirty
