      No micromanagement Top notch laptop / monitors / etc Very flexible with time

      Cons

      Bad pay Cannot change clients If you are not feeling good with a client you cannot request a change or they'll fire you They promise things like career growth, training courses, etc... and do not deliver

      Bad Company to work

      I don't have any good aspect to highlight.

      Cons

      Payroll is delayed. There is not a good communication with the work team. There is not life balance. You can work long hours to delivery the tasks.
