      Pros

      The company treats the employees very well and tries to provide everything you need to work comfortably. The managers always show care and concern for everyone's well-being and try to keep the team motivated. They also allow allow a lot of flexibility with your time. You get to work with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      Depending on your current location, the company is often not responsible for the employees' personal tax declarations and does not offer their own health benefits. This is all the employees responsibility.

      Good Salary, few meetings for weeks, excellent challenges.

      Payments get in a days range, not a the same same day as usually.

      Pros

      BairesDev has great teams! I have never interacted with someone who wasn't engaged with their role and was happy to help others. Plus, I like the flexibility of working from home.
