      Pros

      * You can work on world-renowned, interesting projects * Company provides equipment no matter which country you're settled in * HR team responds quickly to questions and concerns

      Cons

      * The company doesn't get involved after you sign the contract. From there, your experience depends completely on the client, leading to mixed to not-so-great results depending on who you end up working with. They won't care for you unless you speak up. * Salaries are not great from the get-go but easily negotiable shortly afterward. It *seems* to me that recruiters try to keep the margin between employee salary and what they charge to clients as big as possible.

      BairesDev is a great place to work!

      Pros

      I am a relatively new employee to BairesDev, and I can only say that I have enjoyed my ride in these 3+ months. I would like to share a few pros: - 100% remote work - BairesDev fosters a collaborative environment - The company fully understands the concept: work-life balance - The communication and honesty across the team are great! - HR follow up meetings

      Good company - Propietary and undocumented technology used by client

      Pros

      Fully remote positions, many clients. If you work 9h/day during a month they pay you 12.5% more.

      Cons

      The selection process can be long because BairesDev has 2 or 3 filters and then each client will do their own process. I was selected for a project that used a proprietary plataform (even when my resume is 90% .NET) the platform poorly documented and was hard to progress when asked if I could switch to another client HR explained to me : "that only happens when the project ends" Yet other developer, that worked with me in the same project has offered that option and switch without a problem
