      Pros

      BairesDev is growing very fast but they are paying attention to their employees to support us. I feel like they really care for us. I appreciate my salary, being able to work from my balcony, and my team.

      Cons

      Even though it's remote and schedules are flexible, there are still things we need to do at specific times. This is still way better than commuting, though.
