- Solid structure - Business knowledge - Great partners and mentors - 100% remote - They give you gear (laptop, monitor, keyboard mouse, top tier.) - They give you loans - They give you hiring bonusses - You manage your time (you have to do your job, as anywhere else of course)

Cons

- Probably the payment is bellow the media, however it will depends on where do you live.
