Pros

I do not have anything positive to say about this company.

Cons

This company informed new hires and candidates that they are going public in the next year or two. Instead, the owner has started a VC and has lost all interest in the company. They do not care about employees and often overuse engineers across multiple projects.

Pros

It depends on your contractual relationship with the company, and there rely the root cause of all the mess

Cons

This is an Argentinian company, they have themselves in a very (very) high position, tons of slogans from HR, btw kudos to HR! good to see you spend company time here replying reviews! keep up the good work guys! Money well invested! Frankly I could have stayed there longer, but many things raised alarms real quick. - No training at all, just a 45 min video induction, were they give you the privilege of see a video of the CEO on his country house, lucky us! - No onboarding strategy, they just give you a bunch of pdf and ppt files and "off you go" - This is a company with employees all over Latin America with some degree of presence in some countries (4), If you are a remote contractor, they'll pay you in US dollars from a US bank, any cost related to get your salary on your own bank account is yours ... what a privilege - No health insurance - As a bilingual company they communicate everything in english and spanish, redaction problems in contracts and oficial documentation are usual, of course they always try to impose their convenience over what is written in any document - They praise you as the top 1% in technical skills, which is valid for the workers, but the reality for the company is below average, that is very low quality management - They argue you can have a career path, I didn't saw or hear of anyone who had "moved forward" - This is the micromanager paradise - They oblige you to use a company profile photo on your linkedin, if you don't comply you receive an amonestation, and you got points taken out of your evaluation - On Linkedin you have the chance to get the latest news from the company, like how they donate part of the revenue to charity, for taxes relief of course, and again, you still have to pay to get your salary on your bank account ... lucky us! - Also on Linkedin you can check the last prize the company bought "Top CEO of 2020", money well spent!, what a privilege, lucky us! - Due to the pandemic I suffered a death in my family, no one cared, HR doesn't exist! - They pose themselves as a world class company, they don't respect the laboral laws of the countries where they employees live - Had some personal medical issues, and as with the international wire transfer, your problem you solve it, HR doesn't exist! - They have a strategy in place to face the attrition level, HR has their internal documentation exposed on the wiki accessible by anyone, they are fighting the symptoms not the cause and they don't even know it, or care. - Prior to my hiring, during a month HR called me everyday at 9am to check if I was still interested and sent me a test of some stuff, anything, not even related to my expertise, reading the HR documentation, that is part of the job for those guys, just like come here to reply reviews. - When bargaining my wage, they asked me for a range, then they offered 20% below the lower end of the range, after negotiating managed to reduce it to just 15% below the range proposed initially
