BairesDev has been an amazing place to grow my career. Every day brings exciting new challenges and interesting projects. I've also been able to work with incredibly smart and talented teammates from all over the world (Canada, US, UK, Italy, Mexico, Columbia, Brazil, Argentina etc.). In the past 10 months, I've learned a ton about software development and worked on dozens of impactful initiatives. With BairesDev, you can work from anywhere, and schedules are pretty flexible. They pay for hardware, software, vacations, maternity/paternity leave and more. For me, the best part about working here is the people. Everyone is hard-working, respectful, and growth-minded. Everyone can speak English pretty well, so things don't get lost in translation. The marketing team doesn't have a ton of meetings, which is great, because Zoom fatigue can be a real drain on productivity. There are lots of established SOPs and guidelines (so onboarding is smooth), but also the teams are very dynamic, and willing to pivot and adapt as business goals change. This is pretty important to me, too - I love working in fast-paced environments and solving unique business challenges.
