The remote and flexible work is well paid, but the best here are the people. Everyone I've interacted with was friendly, helpful, and always willing to find solutions together.

Cons

The cons of remote work, little in-person interaction, but I really don't mind that.

Good place to get started on remote career. 100% remote. Value engineers. They try to retain talent as much as possible.

Cons

Very long hiring process. They call you a lot of times and repeat some questions. You get contacted by different recruiters.
