      Pros

      Nice and remote work, clients of all sizes, had to work in different projects but never had to move from home. Pay above average. We can work with flexible schedules respecting our timezones. Nice culture with friendly and helpful team. It's been a great experience so far.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets in, I've referred a couple of friends and haven't been able to pass the selection process

      Good company, but actual work experience depends on the client

      Pros

      It is generally a good place to work at. - They provide quality equipment and parts replacements - Feedback on what needs to be improved - Flexibility on the work schedule - Managers are friendly and understanding

      Cons

      - The usual problem with outsourcing: you are neither a BairesDev employee nor a client employee. Thus, less benefits and some confusion on whether some benefit/perk applies to you or not. - If the client you will work at is good, everything is awesome. Otherwise, not so. - Recruitment process needs more transparency, post-interview feedbacks may take several weeks and maybe no feedback is given at all.
