Great place to work, remotely or not, great culture and team collaboration.

Cons

The salary is below the average of the US market. I've been loyal to Baires but it's been difficult to ignore opportunities that pay much better, with average payments or even above.

Pros

It´s a great company that offers services to clients around the world and with employees around the world, which helps to learn from other cultures in a globalized world! Another great thing is that all the teams have great communications, a characteristic that has been helping me to grow professionally & personally.

Cons

The company doesn´t have a career path defined, it exists and the opportunities are in a growing company as BairesDev, but it´s just not defined, I tell this to the HR department and they received this comment in a proper way, so it´s great!
