- Flexible working hours as you work fully remote - A wide range of Clients from all over the world where you can connect with different kinds of work cultures - They provide all the equipment and accessories to work - The PMs are always open to help you and answer the questions

Cons

- As you work fully remote, you don't have a chance to meet personally the other employees - Sometimes you can get bored if you aren't allocated to any project
