      Pros

      They care about their employees and try their best for education and performance.

      Cons

      Most of the conditions depends on the client rather than Bairesdev. Very hard to have career growth. They mostly care about selling people and there is no room to grow.

      Good place to start working remotely

      Pros

      A good place to start working for the US companies remotely.

      Cons

      As a middleman between you and the customer/project, BairesDev gets a good percentage on top of your contract. I worked for 3 years and always received excellent customer reports but I've never gotten a contract/salary increase. After 3 years the customer terminated the contract with BairesDev and BairesDev was not able to reallocate me to a new project.
