- Solid infrastructure and processes for remote jobs - Good mentorship program - 10 days of vacations a year - They provide laptop - Free English lessons

Cons

- No operations in Asia/Australia so excellent for working from any location within the America Time Zone. Remote work from the rest of the world hardly covered. - Full time but only contractor option.

They let you work by your own. I had the opportunity to work with very good people.

Cons

Seems that they don't have many projects and the few that they had with my tech stack, required more knowledge in other things
