- Good work/life balance (depending on your project). - No micromanagement. - No screen recording or anything creepy like other companies around does. - There is a general concern about the quality of life. - Flexible PTO policy

Cons

- The hiring process is too painful and slow. - The referral process is as bad as the regular hiring process. - There is no clear path to growth if you are working as body shop.
