The company has amazing projects.

Cons

They have an internal project called the Top Talent Pool (TTP) to keep high-performing employees when their projects are over. The company keeps paying the salary until they found a new project for you BUT after a month they terminated my contract.

- good service to your employees - The clients that touched me have had a good work environment

Cons

- If they need to get rid of you, even if you've done a good job, they won't even give you a chance to prepare. - they may completely ignore you in an interview process
