      Pros

      They have a solid team and system in place. It is an excellent learning environment however it is mostly learn as you go. Take notes and it is an excellent starting point to break in to Cyber Security.

      Cons

      Stressful at first but an excellent springboard to something better. Lower than average pay but worth it for the experience you will get.
