Lots of potential to grow and develop for employees who seek it out. Collaborative peer groups who want to see each other succeed. Employees are really focused on doing the right thing. Senior leadership has put a lot of effort into the employee experience, and the Core Values were determined by the employees and are reflected in performance metrics. The peer recognition tool is a great addition aw well. Downtown A2 office is a central location with lots of dining and shops nearby

Cons

For employees looking for promotions and large raises to be handed out for showing up, this is not that kind of employer. Company is large enough that changes take longer to see than you may want
