Pros
Barracuda is a hard-working, hard-playing sort of place. There is no shortage of smart people and interesting things to do and a ton of products and technologies to play with. Work hard, get free beer, play ping-pong or pool or whatever.
Cons
They tend to have low-to-average salaries and (like any relatively fresh IPO) hard dates to hit and lots of stuff to do. The play-hard culture also means alcohol and rough edges at times (which isn't everyone's thing).
