      Great way to learn a lot of things quickly

      Pros

      This is a diverse work environment, You will learn a lot of new things quickly. It will test your mettle for sure. Friendly and knowledgeable co-workers.

      Cons

      Training is ill -structured.. Lack of consistency. Management needs to find a better way to motivate employees other then the old "threaten you with your job" routine.

      Great Company to start your career

      Pros

      The company is great at getting your feet wet in the IT world, The Coworkers are friendly and after a while can end up almost feeling like family.

      Cons

      Like most other tech firms they want those long nights on salary without the overtime. Benefits could do better, the Insurance is ok but retirement matching is very low.

      Barracuda is a really nice place to work with excellent people around you. Management encourages you to be innovative and allows you to bring in new ideas.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges working at Barracuda is that there are working many brilliant people which makes it tough to stick out.
