Quite frankly, I've never had such a poor experience at a company. I could never recommend them as an employer.
In fairness, my management team at Barracuda MSP was ridiculously overworked. During work hours they were scheduled for 90% of the day. Unfortunately, this meant that getting support when you're ramping up was very challenging. The management team delegated it to a buddy system, but never checked to see how things were going and didn't care. My peers, despite being incredibly busy doing their own jobs, somehow found the time and never failed to provide the guidance I needed.
The business with transitioning to new services, while simultaneously shifting to the expectations of a new ownership group, so the crushingly busy management team had to deal with even more.
When you could get their time -- they were my sales managers, so I needed it -- they were rude and condescending. They made snap judgements without care or context. When I struggled to get up to speed in this remote environment, I was labeled lazy. When I didn't know understand some Salesforce processes, despite telling them I'd never used it before during my interview, I was belittled and told I wasn't doing my job.
One manager even undermined a large sale when it looked like I couldn't get my sales numbers up. I asked for assistance on a contract, but he didn't give it. During a chance conversation with someone else, I learned that my manager had resolved the exact same problem with one of my peers, but expressed ignorance when I asked about it. They were done with me, and did not want me to succeed.
