      Pros

      Good place to start to get some experience on your resume. You will meet some very cool people working here.

      Cons

      Very low base salary. Management is extremely unprofessional, they will harass whether you are hitting your quota or not. Quotas are raised every year and they make it difficult to achieve sales goals because they don't want to pay out to employees. Very greedy managers.

      Pros

      -If you want to learn linux platform and have no experience this is the perfect place -Free Food and Soda - 25 cent candy machine

      Cons

      - no 401k match - no profit sharing -slim to none career path -low pay - no stock option - Consistantly put away fires for the company and management does not value you. Your just a number and they can hire 10 more to replace you.

      As a newbie, you will get to work with live networks and learn a lot about networks. Provides the standard employee benefits.

      Cons

      There is a wide gap between management and the rank and file. There is fast turnover of employees. The mistrust is pervasive.
