      Hopeless Promises

      Pros

      Friendly Co-workers and Direct Supervisors. There is a Keg 24/7 and usually a glass is only $1.

      Cons

      To much Micromanagement. Promised potential to rank with in the company but you have to start as a rocket and keep flying. (not easy to do) Insurance's is outrageous if you have a family and kids. Higher management is always getting into simple issues and making them more complex. If you work every Holiday and want 1 day off and you work a weekend. Its auto-dened.

      Pros

      There are actually very few pros to list for this company as far as I'm concerned... the location was decent (a fairly short commute for me), the atmosphere was pretty laid back (at least in some groups). I think most of the actual workers got along well. Their new location was far better to work at than their prev one (their orig location had to be seen to be believed).

      Cons

      Wow... this was truly one of the worst places I have ever worked! The paychecks were sometimes late, the pay rate was about 33% off my usual rate, but I had to get a job (anywhere) at the time. The benefits were ridiculous... stingy coverage for the employee, but only after a waiting period- and your family wasn't even automatically covered (at least when I was there). Occasionally the CEO would stop by our group and verbally chastise other group employees in front of our entire group... not very professional for a CEO who really should know better. And certainly not a very good example for other execs or group managers.

      Constantly changing priorities Micromanagement has replaced sound strategy’s and tactics. Poor and inexperienced managers/mentors. Sr management weak at best Lack of innovation and slow releases - fallen behind! High turnover Low pay
