The position offers many benefits and leniencies: Low pressure, no strict supervision, foodstamps, gym, ping pong table, no website blocking, no screen recording, summer passes to nearby lake, etc...
Cons
Some projects could be huge, complex and frustrating.
Relatively low compensation.
