      Top atmosphere in Graz, low compensation

      working atmosphere, colleagues, location next to Schwarzlsee, parking lots, benefits, social activites like marathon, skiing day, yoga, tennis, whatever you think of

      Cons

      relatively low salary, promotions are not transparent

      Cushy but underpaid

      Pros

      The position offers many benefits and leniencies: Low pressure, no strict supervision, foodstamps, gym, ping pong table, no website blocking, no screen recording, summer passes to nearby lake, etc...

      Cons

      Some projects could be huge, complex and frustrating. Relatively low compensation.
