Pros

International Exposure Work from home

Cons

Promotions, opportunities, and recognition are often based on personal relationships rather than performance or competence. Many initiatives proposed by employees were rejected for superficial reasons like “no budget” or “other priorities.” Transparency and open communication are lacking, which affects morale and trust across teams. Ineffective leadership practices are looking for their own benefits. The growth and innovative practices are good as long the leadership has benefits and makes him look better.
