as a young consultant, the perks are awesome and working for different clients in different industries is a great experience to put on the resume

Cons

the travel can get a bit dull, especially when it's to remote places. also if you're not actively seeking new projects and the best projects you will ultimately get left out.

Very strong people. Does a good job of hiring the right types of people.

Cons

Poor career development. Lots of fluffy talk of promotions between different grade's, analyst, senior analyst, consultant, senior consultant etc... But very poor transferability to other companies.
