Pros

A lot of money invested in trainings and employee development. Company culture is pretty chill and there is no micromanagement.

Cons

If you are not lucky enough to get a project that fits you, they will may even assign you a project that has nothing to your job title (from entirely different activity domain). In that case, you must stay on that project for at least 9-12 months for you to be able to ask for another one.
