Thank you for your positive comments and feedback. It is great to hear you are developing your skills and learning. We are currently transitioning to our new hybrid working model and as part of this transition, we are updating our office to facilitate more collaboration and socialisation spaces. Given there are now more staff in the office, we will shortly re-introduce amenities that were in place previously as well as some new ones. We have also updated our dress code policy which is ‘dress for your day’ focused but still professional. With regards to hardware, we change our hardware every two years and the hardware provided (HP and Apple) is always the most recent version. If you feel there is additional equipment you require, please contact your manager or the operations manager to discuss. On salaries, we benchmark our salaries annually using external benchmarks and we can confirm our salaries and benefits are very much at market. Please feel free to speak with your manager or a member of the HR team if you would like clarification on any of these points or any other matter. Thanks again for your comments.
