In terms of pay, we benchmark our salaries annually against consulting and industry best practice so that we know our salaries and benefits are at the market rate. Regarding our office culture, creating a positive and inclusive work environment is a top priority for us. We conduct regular and consistent surveys with our people, and over the last number of years we have seen the satisfaction score and feedback in our staff surveys go from strength to strength each year.
