Pros

- Decent hours for consulting despite some exceptions - Good culture of "stewardship" translated into real processes that make a difference - Good salary

Cons

- Weak end of year bonus compared to industry - Not a strategy company - Very operational and long missions that do not fit young consultants eager to get quick exposure to different sectors

We are always striving to improve across all levels and we appreciate your feedback because we want to meet and exceed employees’ highest expectations. It is absolutely in our interests to ensure our salary and benefits are at market as this impacts our ability to hire and retain our people. That’s why we benchmark our salaries annually against consulting and technology industry best practice. If you believe yours is out of kilter with your role, we advise you to speak with your Development Manager. At present we have a wide variety of technical projects across our client portfolio and your Development Manager would be happy to discuss these options with you if you are looking for a change. You may not be aware that we do have a rather long list of internal technical projects also so please discuss with your Development Manager how you can get involved in one or more of them. We definitely encourage contribution to these projects which are aimed at building new business-critical skills, and developing your internal network. Thanks again for your feedback.
