Pros

They appreciate hard work and pay accordingly.

Cons

It used to be a consultancy firm, so the sales team is now the product management team with no insight on what they should do besides sales. In the project I was assign on, I was supposed to be PO, but I ended up being the Scrum Master and writing end-user documentation. They hire too many juniors and big projects end up being chaotic, with nobody having a direction, missing deadlines, not delivering the value they should have been. Micromanagement was at it’s best (maybe for the others in the team was necessary). Everybody needed to take on a role even if they did’t have experience on it. Just not my cup of tea.
