Pros

- you can start as a Business Analyst (Junior) from scratch - internal training programs to develop soft skills and technical skills (SAP) - great working environment - being part of an international team at client's site - extra vacation days increasing with employment years - 2x team events per year - home office possibilities

Cons

- weekly travel (Mo-Thu), depending on project duration - projects could be more than 1 year long - evaluation is based on project utilisation, which cannot be influenced by the employee

They treat all their contractor like employees with the exception of some social event. If there is any performance issues they give people a chance to address them.

Cons

Occasionally there is a shift of staff out of a project with the most experience
