Thank you for your feedback. While it is disappointing to hear you are not getting the challenges you expect, we strongly encourage you to speak with your Development Manager or Partner in this regard or contact a member of the HR team. This issue should be discussed as part of your continuous performance discussions and can be rectified easily. With regards to your comment on culture, it is quite contrary to feedback we typically receive through staff surveys, exit interviews and general staff feedback. We make every effort through our Sport and Social Club, CSR team activities, and general project and team activities to build our culture around our people. While we appreciate working remotely hasn’t always helped the ongoing development of our culture, we encourage you to get involved in the many virtual events that are organised and hopefully we will be able to facilitate face-to-face interactions and events again soon.

Thank you for your positive comments and feedback relating to the Dublin office and we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with us! Regarding your feedback on promotion, there are clear guidelines set out on promotion and this starts with the annual goal-setting conversation with your manager. Promotion is not time driven but is based on the achievement of specific goals and competencies relative to the level you are aspiring to as well as performance. On salaries, we benchmark our salaries annually using external benchmarks and we can confirm our salaries and benefits are very much at market. Thanks again for your comments which are taken on board and we wish you every success in the future!
