Very strong people. Does a good job of hiring the right types of people.

Cons

Poor career development. Lots of fluffy talk of promotions between different grade's, analyst, senior analyst, consultant, senior consultant etc... But very poor transferability to other companies.

We are however sorry to hear that you feel promotions weren’t as visible as they might have been during your time with us as we have very transparent performance management and career development processes in place.
