Thank you for your feedback and positive comments, we are glad to hear your overall experience with the company is a positive one. We take pride in our ability to enable our consultants to work autonomously and indeed feedback from staff highlights there is very much an autonomous culture in place. If you believe there are occasions where this is not the case for you, we encourage you to speak with your manager and make them aware of any issues you are experiencing in this regard. On salary, we are constantly reviewing our compensation package in the context of ever changing demands for talent. Our salaries are benchmarked annually against the Consulting and Tech industry best practice and based on this data and recent hiring levels, we are confident our salaries (as well as bonus and benefits programmes) are at market. Thank you again for your feedback, which is very important to us.
